Using ZaKids
ZaKids is a family app of puzzles and games for children from 2 to 10. A parent or another grown-up sets it up for each child.
You are responsible for the setup, for your children's screen time and for keeping the parent gate to yourself.
Purchases and subscriptions
Packs you buy are yours forever. Bilingual mode is a paid part of the app.
A subscription renews until you cancel it in your Apple or Google settings. Prices come from the store and show in your currency.
Refunds go through Apple or Google. Family Sharing works on Apple where the store allows it.
Availability
After the first download, games can be played offline.
We may retire content over time. We never remove anything from packs you have bought.
Privacy
How we handle data is described in our privacy policy, in the app and on zakids.app.
Our responsibility
We work to keep ZaKids safe, correct and available, but we cannot promise that it will always be free of faults.
The limits of our responsibility are the ones that the governing law below allows.
Governing law

Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the date at the top changes. If a change matters to you, we tell you in the app.
